Tebex Limited is the seller for purchases processed through Tebex. Review your Minecraft Java username, package and final total before paying. Token bundles are one-time purchases. Tokens are for Nexoria only and cannot be transferred between players or exchanged for cash.
Join play.nexoria-mc.com with the account used for your order, allow a few minutes for delivery and check /tokens. Do not buy again to fix a missing delivery. Contact Nexoria with your username, transaction reference and a description of the problem. Keep payment references private; never send passwords or card details.
Digital purchases are subject to Tebex's terms and applicable consumer law. For EU customers, the withdrawal right for digital content may end when delivery begins with the required express consent and acknowledgement. Rights relating to faulty or undelivered content remain applicable. This page does not remove your statutory rights or promise that every request qualifies for a refund.

We check the order and Tebex outcome before adjusting the corresponding Token delivery. Duplicate notifications must not cause repeated deductions. Partial refunds, spent Tokens and disputed outcomes receive individual review. Opening a dispute does not automatically remove your outfit.
