LoveDOEKOE operates Nexoria and is responsible for the server and website data described here. You can send privacy questions or requests to lovedoekoe@gmail.com. Tebex handles its own checkout and payment data under its separate privacy notice.
When you join, we process your Minecraft username, UUID, connection details including IP address, login times, game progress, balances, ranks, claims, purchases and server activity needed to run the game. If you contact support, we receive the information and attachments you send. Our website receives ordinary technical requests; it has no Nexoria account login or advertising analytics. Payment card details are entered with Tebex, not Nexoria.
We use account and gameplay data to provide the server and deliver requested benefits; technical logs and reports to protect accounts, investigate abuse and fix faults; purchase references to verify delivery and handle disputes; and support messages to answer requests. Depending on the activity, the legal basis is providing the service, our legitimate interest in a safe and reliable server, a legal obligation, or consent where required.
Our hosting and technical service providers may process data to run Nexoria. Tebex receives the account and order details needed for checkout and delivery and processes payment information under its own terms. If you follow an external voting or community link, that site has its own privacy practices. We disclose information to authorities when legally required; we do not sell player data.
Rotated Minecraft server logs are removed after 30 days. Closed support correspondence is kept for up to 12 months. We review account and game data after 24 months without activity for deletion or de-identification, and handle verified deletion requests earlier where possible. Data needed for an open dispute, fraud investigation or legal duty may be kept longer for that specific purpose. Two rotating encrypted server backups are held for recovery and expire as newer backups replace them.
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data, or object to processing where the law allows. Send the request from an address or account we can verify; we may ask only for information needed to confirm identity. Some records must remain while a payment dispute or legal duty is open. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
The public Nexoria site does not run advertising analytics. Its server status request and normal web access generate technical traffic. Tebex checkout loads only when you choose to buy and has its own cookies and privacy notice. Our website links to third-party services; their policies apply after you leave Nexoria.
